I stayed at Nanny Cay for a week while attending a workshop. My room was comfortable and spacious, and I loved the amenities like the fridge and microwave. The location by the beach was beautiful, and the pool was nice. However, the ongoing building work was a bit distracting, and the front desk service was hit or miss. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not without its quirks.

Nanny Cay is a peaceful spot to unwind, especially after a sailing trip, though the service can be slow and the rooms are quite basic. I enjoyed the beach and pool but found that the amenities were limited and some maintenance issues were present. Overall, it’s a decent place for a brief stay before or after a charter.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms are very basic, with a shampoo and gel dispenser but lacking hair dryers and hand soap (not what I expected). They were spacious but needed a bit more attention, like dusting.
Service
5.0
Front desk service was okay, but I had to wait for attention (not the warmest welcome). Restaurant and beach bar service was also slow at times.

The beach restaurant offers a superb BBQ; seafood night was definitely a highlight for me (I couldn't get enough of it!).
Facilities

The pool was nice for lounging, but I noted some construction noise during the day since they're still recovering from Irma. A bit more focus on amenities would improve the experience.

Staying at Nanny Cay Hotel was a mix of charm and practicality. I loved the serene island vibe and friendly staff, but the rooms were pretty basic and needed some TLC. Overall, it was a fun stop before heading out on a boat, though I'd hope for a bit more comfort in the future.

Nanny Cay Hotel offers a peaceful and friendly environment, ideal for a stopover before or after a boat adventure. The beach restaurant serves up amazing BBQ, especially on seafood nights. However, the rooms are quite basic and could use some improvements, as I found them to be a bit dark and lacking essential amenities.
